5th Grade goes "Under the Sea!"

Our Dual Language 5th graders made a splash on March 27th at Kennedy Drama Club’s performance of “The Little Mermaid”. To our delight, it was all blue skies as we walked down the hill from Dual Language School to join 5th grade audience members from Plympton, Northeast and McArthur. What a wonderful chance for our (almost) middle schoolers to share an experience with their future classmates, and to see some Dual Language 6th, 7th and 8th graders performing onstage and running the show as backstage crew! A huge thank you to the Kennedy School Drama Club, administrators, Ms. Portsmore and Waltham’s Fine and Performing Arts department for this opportunity, and for immersing our students in the arts at EVERY opportunity!
