Puppet Motion and Sarah Nolen
This year, the Waltham Dual Language School was fortunate to receive a Creative Projects for Schools grant from Mass Cultural Council. We were thrilled to be able to welcome back puppet artist and Waltham resident Sarah Nolen of Puppet Motion to work with our students for the third consecutive year. 2nd Grade goes to Frog and Toad!
On December 12th, 2nd Grade took a field trip to the Wheelock Theatre to see the musical "A Year with Frog and Toad." Waking from hibernation in the Spring, Frog and Toad plant gardens, swim, rake leaves, go sledding and learn life lessons along the way. The two best friends celebrate and rejoice in the differences that make them unique and special.
